Emmett just told me-" I have book smarts and not street smarts, so I probably won't do good on the SAT". 🤣🤣

 Max was trying to grown a beard over spring break... he was close!

 A midnight run to the brand new Colorado Buc-ees!  And the husband is very proud of himself for being so fun and spontaneous:)

Did Emmett actually find a Buc-ee's Hawaiian shirt?  Why yes he did. 

 Still can't get the door open, but the dogs just stand on the snow and look at us while we try to get them to go around through the garage!🙅

Spring Break

 

3 went skiing at Loveland and 3 went shopping. Oreo doesn't realize that there is still too much snow to open the back door for him🤣

 Well Emmett's foot is officially broken:(. We saw the orthopedic surgeon today. No surgery-yay!-but he will wear the boot for 3 more weeks (even while sleeping) and then get another x-ray to see if it has (hopefully!) healed.

 Max went skiing this weekend with some of his friends:)

Well, we ended up with about 21-24", got another snow day, and officially started spring break 2 days early!  So awesome!  We tried to convince the cousins to stay for the big storm, but they caught an early flight so they could make it home before the storm.

We couldn't get the back door open for the dogs-yet they still stood there waiting!

 6.5" in 2 hours!  So glad they called a snow day tomorrow.

 

Another band concert for Emmett!  He did amazing!

 Wrestling Banquet!  Atticus had such a great season and we are so proud of him.  Wrestling is such hard work and sometimes so very painful and yet he keeps doing it.

 The cousins came in town for their spring break.  We joined them in the mountains for a day of skiing at Winter Park.  I can't ski until November because of my knee, and Emmett can't ski because of his foot.  So the two of us hung out at the base and had Starbucks while the rest skied.
