Home!
leaving the hospital
HOME!
It was such a beautiful day when we came home! Max took Max IV and Atticus in the backyard for some kite flying.
They had a great time until Atticus' kite got stuck in a tree. So, he took a turn with Max's kite and decided to let go of the string and watch it fly away. Max just cried and cried as he chased the kite. It was so sad.

The boys all have been great with Greer. Emmett says, "See baby!" so he can hold her. Then when someone else gets close to her while he is holding her, he screams "no!" and pushes them away. Atticus still holds her all the time and says, "Oh Greer, oh Greer."- which actually sounds like, "Oh Gweee-uh."

Camp-In
I was teaching Max's Sunday School class a couple of weeks ago, and when I asked for prayer requests, Max wanted me to pray for the campout he was going to have. So, naturally, we did put a tent in the boys' room that night with 2 sleeping bags. Even though they were fired up about the "camp-in", we did find both of them asleep in their beds later that night.

Baby girl is coming!
Back in December, my due date was changed from April 30th to May 3rd. Well, I have a new due date now. Since Emmett had shoulder dystocia and this baby looks to be bigger than Emmett was, my doctor wants to try and avoid another shoulder dystocia. So, he is inducing me on Monday, April 26th @ 7:30am. Having the baby at 39 weeks means the baby should be smaller than if it went to 40 weeks, and hopefully, be smaller than Emmett was (7lb., 10oz.)

Sickness, ugh!
Emmett has been having nebulizer treatments for almost 2 months now. I'm so ready to be done with that! However, he does great. He knows what's happening when he sees the mask coming, and he just sits there until it's done.
Atticus got an ear infection which went to his eye and caused Peri-orbital cellulitis. He kept telling me he wanted a bandaid for his ear, but it took me way too long to figure out it was because he had an ear infection! This picture was from the end of February, and today is the first day we are all fever-free and sick-free. We've had hospital trips, days of fever over 104, ear infections, eye infections, viruses, colds, RSV, pharyngitis...you name it, we had it. But I do think it is finally behind us.
