Black Friday in IUKA!
It was quite a rough trip home. Our flight got delayed because the flight attendant didn't show up for work. The restaurants in the airport all closed early. So we were all hungry and tired and frustrated. Around midnight, they finally rescheduled our flight for the next morning. So we grabbed some snacks at the only store still open in the airport and headed to a hotel. We slept about 4 hours before we had to be up for the early flight. Atticus woke up with a stomach ache and threw up in the trash can by the elevator at the hotel. He then kept throwing up for the next 3 hours...walking to the gate, he would have to throw up at the nearest trash can along the way. It was awful and I felt so bad for him. He was so sick and just couldn't stop throwing up. They almost didn't let us board because of that...they thought he was sick, but I told them he just had motion sickness. Poor guy! Home felt so good!
