Emmett was so excited about signing up for the one mile cross country elementary race and he loved it! He did great coming in at 10:44 and can't wait for next year!

She lost a tooth at soccer practice!!!

Oh this boy-breaks my heart! His fears are so real to him. He's been having nightmares lately and crying so loud in his sleep that it wakes everyone up. So sad!
He is so vulnerable and honest. Will someone please get him a hamster?!

He says he's a student by day and a swimmer by night😊

Some well-earned candy!

Emmett has been taking some private swim lessons and he LOVES it! 🏊

Emmett's sweet prayer he wrote at church. It shows his mad face and his happy, and he prays that he can go from mad to happy "and do it fast." ❤️
We are ready for Halloween! Atticus said he wanted to be something scary this year. It worked-Emmett and Greer couldn't sleep after they saw Atticus's costume.

How great is our school!!! This is a desk in the back of the front office put in this year for the T1D's in the school. It gives them a place to test their blood and eat their snacks (or finish lunch). The cabinet has cute diabetes jokes and is stocked with all their supplies. We are so blessed!❤️

You know it's a boring Friday night when these two dig through the costumes to make silly outfits!
Oreo missed Max so much! He looked all over for Max the first night he was gone 🐶😢

he's back!!!!

And from the Assistant Principal:

We are so loved at our school! God so graciously provided just the right school for our family:). From Max's kindergarten teacher-who volunteered to go with the 6th graders to camp this week:

He's doing good!

This guy is in headed to the mountains all week for outdoor education! He comes home on Friday. They do big hikes everyday, so he will have to miss out on some of those because of his toe, but I think he will still have a great time!
